Why does this review require a title? Brought Rouge in for backup camera recall and oil change. I was VERY surprised that both took less than an hour to complete... WOW!!! I noticed that ALL my radio presets were gone!!! Called the service rep, and was told that the software "fix" for the backup camera recall was entered through the USB port, and the loss of the radio presets were due to the software "fix". It would have been nice to have been told that in advance so I could have noted the preset stations for reentry after the "fix"!!! OR The software "fix" could have been written to save a snapshot of the radio presets before changing any code... and then restore them when finished with the "fix". I also wonder if any other Settings may have been changed as a result of the software "fix"... only time will tell... More
