Terrible I had an appointment on 09/14/19 at 11:20am, for oil maintenance and tires (tire need air notification was on). I explain to the guy (name Patrick) I had an appointment on 09/14/19 at 11:20am, for oil maintenance and tires (tire need air notification was on). I explain to the guy (name Patrick) what needed to be done. Also mentioned that my husband had seen a nail in the tire. I asked if that was the case, to removed it or new tire. When I picked up my car at 4:55pm, the alert of “low tire-need air” still on. Clearly Patrick didn’t care to deliver the message to the mechanic worker on getting my tire fix! Very disappointed to find out that my car was just sitting there when it could of been worked on and fix! Lucky I encountered a worker name Isaasic, which saw the alert/notification showing in my Nissan. He walked around my car to look at my tire, he saw the nail in my tire! He was able to get a person (that was wrapping to leave) to look at my tire, removed the nail. I left the Nissan services to 6pm, why call saying my car is ready when the light of “low tire” still ON! More
