When he saw something that needed to be addressed immediately Isaiah not only came to inform me but he also showed me where the problems were on the vehicle. No representatives had ever done that for me. That was the difference that convinced me to have the additional work done. I may not have done it otherwise. He applied discounts where he could so I didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off. Isaiah was honest and straightforward. I appreciated how he completed the work with in the time he said he would and afterwards he explained all the work that was completed, made recommendations and gave me a full color printout report for me to keep and review. Great job Isaiah! More

Par customer service in the service Department I had purchased my vehicle about 7 days prior. I found out that condensation was building up in the head light lenses. Dream. Ok, so I visited just to have an oil change and a 27 point check up on my beautiful car. My last visit was some months ago where I had Tom Cardace to Ok, so I visited just to have an oil change and a 27 point check up on my beautiful car. My last visit was some months ago where I had Tom Cardace to assist me. He did a wonderful job, however, he was out sick on this visit and I had one of the most pleasant person to assist me. Patrick did his thing to make sure that I was comfortable and that everything that was necessary to be done to my car was done. He did not make a move without checking with me . I was not aware that I needed to have my tires rotated, but my advisor Patrick checked it all out and then asked me if he should go ahead and get it done. Yes it was a dream to have Patrick as an advisor. And that’s with a boom! More
