Scammers Brought my car for a loose heat shield, and svcs engine light, the service rep have me sign an estimate, but won't give a copy, I reminded him of noi Brought my car for a loose heat shield, and svcs engine light, the service rep have me sign an estimate, but won't give a copy, I reminded him of noise from the loose shield, dont worry he says that's part of the service, 1, & 1/2 hour later, rep told me my car was ready, charged me $1100 and change, paid with my CC.took my car everything seemed fine, headed home, 20 minutes later the rattling noise was back, and so was the service eng light, brought my car back the next weekend, got a different rep. He charged me $140 to put car on computer, another scam! Anyway I okayed it, the results, Carbon in throttle chamber, and the heat shield rattling? Oh yeah, we cant remove them, they rusted loose, to repair all that another $480 dollar, at this point I said dont fix it!!, he said oh you could take it down to the muffler and brake shop and have them spot weld it on for you, really?? After i already paid you for all that, well it does not say so on your estimate! I took my car home read the manual, it said service engine sign on "LOOSE GAS CAP". Tightened gas cap, drove a few miles, NO MORE SIGN", Few days later I jacked up my car and wired up the loose heat shield, no more rattle!! If you talk to these guys, ROll THE VIDEO!! More

Service I have been a very loyal customer for over 3 years. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. There was a tremendous lack of communicat I have been a very loyal customer for over 3 years. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. There was a tremendous lack of communication. My car was in your service care for well over 3 weeks and its competition time had been pushed back on numerous occasions without any explanation nor was I notified at any point. I reached out to my service provider many times over the course of time and my calls and messages were not returned. This has been a great ordeal and a grand inconvenience, as I was not able to make it to work on some occasions. In addition, there was a huge lack of honesty regarding details on my cars diagnostics. More

Long Wait I dont know if it’s the day I went, but my car took approximately 2 hours 45 minutes to be completed. Usually it takes a little an hour.
