Lacking better training on new service consultant hires Patrick in the Service Dept. was very polite and welcoming. However, he came across a bit rough on the edges in his knowledge of service needed on my Patrick in the Service Dept. was very polite and welcoming. He had a difficult time explaining what was needed in the current service and the timeline on what is needed based on the millage. I feel new hires need better training. More

Dissatisfied I went in for a known extended warranty for the transmission. Dealership stated it would take 3 days, but without looking me in the face, said there a I went in for a known extended warranty for the transmission. Dealership stated it would take 3 days, but without looking me in the face, said there are no loaner vehicles available. Mind you, while I was there, people returned loaners (just so happened to be white). After 2 days I was called and told that the vehicle showed no codes and they were unable to duplicate the symptoms. The next day, I had to demand a tech ride with me. He drove. I notice my mileage hadn't changed much at all. The vehicle was seemingly in the same spot that they had parked it before I left. The tech drove the vehicle and I didn't notice it, but it's something that you can feel as a driver pushing the gas pedal and not getting any acceleration, but as a passenger, you may not feel it. They wanted to charge me their diagnosis fee, but I had to request that be waived. On my way to work the vehicle hesitated once. On my way home from work it did it three times. I have no confidence in this dealership. Enterprise Rental Company employees were surprised that they even received the possible reimbursement referral. That was a payment of $35 although their discounted rate was $50. So I would still have to pay out of pocket if they did honor the reimbursement, which they did not. More
