Unsatisfied customer I got there at 7:45am and seen Chris 10 minutes later and did the paper work and I waited. Around 8:15 I told Chris to please have the mechanic check I got there at 7:45am and seen Chris 10 minutes later and did the paper work and I waited. Around 8:15 I told Chris to please have the mechanic check my sunroof because sometimes it makes a clunking sound when it opens and it squeals when closing. He said that will make the oil change a little longer to finish, I told him no problem. I kept looking at my car in the lift in the middle when they rotating my tires over 35 minutes, no one doing anything to it. I spend 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. I told Chris give me the bill because my car been sitting outside for more than 10 minutes, he said, I have to wait because the mechanic bringing back inside to check the sunroof I told him to forget it. Service is getting terrible and I'm considering going back to Nissan World after over 10 cars I purchased there. More

Best experience thus far Ive been bringing my vehicle in to be serviced for around two years now. So slow. No communication. Dropped my Murano off on a Monday at 7 am for a problem w the air conditioner. Didn’t get my car back until more than 2 days later.
