Always professional and accountable service I got my 2013 Nissan rogue from this same dealer in the summer of 2015. Buying a new car was an experience in itself, but this deer made the process m I got my 2013 Nissan rogue from this same dealer in the summer of 2015. Buying a new car was an experience in itself, but this deer made the process much easier for me. One of my goals with this new car, what's to properly maintain it and keep it healthy, since my own negligence had led to my previous cars demise. That is why I chose to stay with the dealer for all of my service, because I wanted my car to be serviced by the professionals that have the best experience, and provide original parts. They have given me very good service over these last years, as I have come in for my oil changes and other scheduled services. The parts and service that I receive maybe more expensive than a third party service, but I continue to come back here because I know that they will take care of my car. In particular, I come back because I know they will fix my vehicle when something does go wrong and because I trust them to hold themselves accountable. In the rare occasions where they miss an issue they should have caught or the service is not up to expectations (after all, car repair is a very complicated matter, and no one can be perfect 100% of the time) they have always tried to accommodate my issues. They approach the matter with understanding and accountability, and try their best to identify the real problem, fix their mistake, or do their best to meet my needs. For that I am always thankful, and I will continue to come back here as a customer. More
