Too busy to handle basic service The service advisors are nice and knowledgeable but I get a different one almost each time. If I do get someone more than once, they are gone within The service advisors are nice and knowledgeable but I get a different one almost each time. If I do get someone more than once, they are gone within a few months. I had a flat tire, with a tire warranty, they changed the tire and charged me because the warranty company isn't available on Saturdays. Over 4 hour wait to change one tire. Now I have to figure out my own reimbursement for the tire. More

Bad customer service Customer service was bad need to retrain came to pick up my vehicle and when I got to the cashier window no one was there. I then went to a gentleman that works for that facility. Afro American guy with dreads and he went to get someone to help me. He went beyond and nothing was accomplished until he went back again and then they sent a guy out and then he did not know what to do so I went to my service advisor and complain that now it is thirty mins and that I should be compensated for the time something. Taken off bill or a credit. Response to that was can not do that still waiting then a girl come from the outside and went inside the cashier area and I was then taken care of 45 mins total wasted to get my car if it was not for the guy with the dreads that works in parts I would have still been there . The worst experience that I had and I will not be back More

Less than satisfactory experience. Brought my car in this past Wednesday at 1130 am to check my suspension system to find out why I’m hearing a clanking noise coming from the front pass Brought my car in this past Wednesday at 1130 am to check my suspension system to find out why I’m hearing a clanking noise coming from the front passenger tire area. Winston told me he would call me back in a few hours with an estimate and diagnosis and he never did. Called him the next day as well and left several messages and he didn’t return any of them. I decided to take a 30 dollar Uber back to the shop to check the status of my car and it wasn’t even look at yet. A whole 24 hours later. He claims the mechanic had to do 3 recalls FIRST which may be true, but I just feel a diagnosis still could’ve been performed in that time. In addition I explained to Mr. Robinson that I was not from out here and in fact from Brooklyn NY and only stopped in to get my car fixed because my daughters were just born a day prior at st. Barnabas hospital and had to pick them up and I didn’t wanna take a chance and drive with the car in that condition. So I asked if he could expedite it for me. But he was a Lil insensitive to my situation and only stated that I can pick up my car and take it elsewhere for servicing. So in essence i spent 60 dollars in Uber’s and an entire 24 hours to get 3 recalls done on my car. It’s like an assembly line with mr Winston. He only cared about getting a new customer in his office and once he writes them up he’s on to the next one totally did regarding the needs of the customer he dealt with prior. Even after giving me his personal cell number he still didn’t return my calls. It’ was just an overall bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Sorry. . More

Nothing fancy. Ms. Nicole was not professional. She has a huge ego and kept some information from sharing with me. She was very concern only with the things that has Ms. Nicole was not professional. The mechanic didn't update the maintenance oil and filter on the dashboard. He put 46371 on the sticker when it should be 44371. When I asked Nicole she raised her voice to me, and said he put synthetic oil which I didn't request.it. And it was not true. He tried to fix my loose visor, but he can't and left his filthy dirty marks on my visor and outside the car. More
