Lost free lifetime oil changes cause I found a cheaper place I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla from this dealer about a year and a half ago and always went there to service my oil changes because I get them free fo I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla from this dealer about a year and a half ago and always went there to service my oil changes because I get them free for as long as I own the car. I decided to go in on an early morning because my tire sensor came on the day before and I needed to get it filled with nitrogen. Unfortunately, my car ended up with a flat so I had it towed. When I first spoke with the service advisor, we agreed to change the one tire and I would get an oil change and he would looking into any maintenance issues because I my car was over 95,000 miles (I bought the car at 90,000) and if anything needed to be done we would go from there. I decided to go home because I had things to finish and it was going to take a while. I receive a call and the advisor says my second tire tread was low and that I would need a whole bunch of fluid replaced even though he said it wasn't necessary to get it done. I decide not to get it but went with getting the tires replaced. I received another call sometime later telling me that the sensor for my tired was broken but I told the advisor I would speak with my dad first before getting anything done and he said sure he would wait. At this point I did not think they replaced either tire as of yet. My dad wanted to go somewhere else for tires and told me to call and cancel on the tires but I was told that one tire had been replaced already and driven on and because of that the tires were already used. My dad decided to call a manager about the issue and my service advisor called me and said the only thing they could offer was the tire installation at cost, but my dad and I refused the offer, wanting to go somewhere else that would be for affordable. Long story short: I, a college student, refused to pay the exuberant amount of money they were charging for services and was told that because I "was poorly maintaining my car" would lose my oil changes. Tried calling the General Manager several times and have yet to hear back from him. Side note, the service advisor printed a list of issues with the car and everything was checked green (meaning excellent condition) except the two tires and the one was checked yellow. Never buying anything from here again. More
