My service engine light came on. When I brought my vehicle in I was told that I needed a diagnostic appointment. So in the meantime I decided to have my oil changed which was overdue. They also performed some vehicle inspections and made recommendations. I was not able to have all of them done so I chose to have the brake fluid changed and will do the power steering and the third procedure later. My husband told me you shoukd have hit the ‘reset’ button which would have removed the ‘check engine’ light’, although it still must checked. That was not done. More

Unknown Costs Not Disclosed I was not happy with the quoted time and coats. I was given a price for a replacement of a tire rod which included labor. I was told it would take an hour and i was in your service center for 4 hours. I also ended paying almost $200 additional to what was originally quoted for labor charges. I don’t think i will be returning here for service. Nicole was great More
Hillside Nissan night mare. Dropped my keys at night box, NO Envelopes available. Wrote notes stating that I couldn't get into my truck through the driver side. Received a call around 7:10am the next morning from Nicole reviewing what I wrote on my envelope, and was told I would get a call when problem was identifed. I missed Nicole's call back at 12pm. I called back around 2pm to speak with Nicole answering machine twice, called a third time to find out Nicole was at lunch. I ask for someone other than Nicole and was transferred to another line only to end up being transferred to an answering machine. I called a fourth time and asked to speak with a manager and was told they couldn't locate him. I finally said are you guys serious and I was put on hold and while waiting on hold Nicole was called me on my other line I hung up and took Nicole's call. Nicole informed me that they called earlier to get additional authorization to open the door panel to find out what was wrong with the door. WHAT?!! I didn't expect to be told that nothing was done to resolve the problem other than a visual inspection. Nicole transferred me to the manager. I spoke the manger who's name I can't recall but I was told additional authorization was something they have to get from the customer when there's cost involved. So what have you guys done I asked, no real explanation was given, my opinion,is that nothing was done. I believed my car sat as a non priority while they worked on other cars, I feel I was lied to. I was told they would start the job now that I gave them authorization but they discovered the part they had was damaged and a new one had to be ordered. Amazing! Real bad experience at Hillside Nissan. I wasn't delt with honestly and I didn't get the impression they really cared in the slightest. More
Nissan Service has gone down Finally got my car back after they replaced my transmission and my brother immediately notices the alignment is off, he takes it back the next day and Finally got my car back after they replaced my transmission and my brother immediately notices the alignment is off, he takes it back the next day and of course he needs to pay for a wheel alignment, to me it seems purposeful. First the car was in the shop for 27 days got 1 call from the advisor after 25 days of reaching out and getting the run around or curt responses. I am truly disappointed with Nissan, the advisor Nicole with her horrendous customer service skills, with the manager for not even attempting to rectify the issue. This needs to be addressed by Nissan Service immediately. Learn from your mistakes instead of allowing your employees from Managers to cleaning crew to think any of this is acceptable. the same treatment we got when we purchased the car should be the same treatment we get when we are SHELLING OUT THOUSANDS in the Service Dept. Warranty or Not. More
