Discussed I was notified to fix a part due to a recall I went 3x to get this done. And again i wasted gas time and energy. She said to me why did they send that information. And I will no got back to that unorganized business ever . They better pray no accident occurs with my vehicle. I will get the best lawyer money can buy. More

The worst experience ever This was the worst experience I’ve encountered dealing with a dealership. My vehicle became inoperable after only having it a little over a month. After dropping it off to the service center i didn’t hear back from anyone until i decided to go into the dealership 3 weeks later. The workers were Very unprofessional and pretty much told me that I’m not being inconvenienced because they gave me a loaner car which took over 4 months to fix the issue . Alicia King was the person who sold me the car and afterwards stop returning my phone calls once I mentioned having an issue. I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership and definitely won’t recommend to anyone More

Service appointment at Rt. 22 for Oil Change I am always going to Rt, @@ for my scheduled services and have no problem with staff nor timing. However, this time, I made an appointment for 8:40 am I am always going to Rt, @@ for my scheduled services and have no problem with staff nor timing. However, this time, I made an appointment for 8:40 am for an oil change. My car finally went in after an hour and 10 minutes. I approached the service adviser and asked him why it takes so long to do an oil change and was informed that they were busy today. I than proceeded to ask him what is the purpose of making an appointment if it won't be honored. Service adviser could only say that I would have to wait. I finally got my car back after close to 2 hours. More
