Too Long Brought a car in for its first oil change. Promised 45 minutes. After an hour I checked and saw car outside. Excellent service, agcknoweledged my oil change needs. I have purschesed new vechile at a different dealership and received 1 year free oil change service. Recent visit to Rt. 22 in Hillside, NJ I visited the Rt, 22 Nissan service center on Saturday (11/24:18) after calling for an appointment just the day before. Pleasantly surprised, I was a I visited the Rt, 22 Nissan service center on Saturday (11/24:18) after calling for an appointment just the day before. Pleasantly surprised, I was able to make an appointment with just 24 hours notice. That made me happy! I needed a quarterly oil change and I also needed to get 2 new tires. My advisor, Nicole, was extremely helpful and I felt she had my best interest at heart. She wanted to get me taken care of and in the shortest amount of time possible. I got my car back in a reasonable amount of time which I was happy with. My only complaint is that the engine light was on when I went to leave. I’m not sure why that wasn’t discovered during my oil change. I notified Nicole and she had someone come and take a look at my car. A guy came and checked my car outside in the parking lot and told me that they could run a couple tests and to just sit tight. I waited for awhile but no one showed up, so I just decided to leave. Luckily, the engine light went off later that day. I’m very iffy about this service center other than the excellent service I received on Saturday. After visiting this center for several years for the same car, I wish my level of car had always been what Nicole offered on Sat. It’s bexause of the service center that I would not consider buying another car from this particular dealership. More

After I received my car I noticed their was a sound coming from the steering wheel and I notified one of the guys and came to the car listened to the sound and he checked to see who my service advisor was.
