They will say anything to sell a car 1. The sales pitch assured me of FREE oil changes for LIFE as long as I brought my vehicle to the dealership. When I asked the cashier about the b 1. I showed her the key tag I was given and she insisted I had to speak with the service advisor. Jose was busy with another customer and I don't get paid for waiting so I paid the bill and left. 2. Your service advisor was late to work and VERY unapologetic, basically saying that you folks should understand. Screw the customer right? 3. I was being upsold about $200 worth of services that I could not find in the service manual. This is the only place I know that recommends services that need to be done and yet does not print that on the invoice. You can take a page out of HONEST automotive stores and mechanics. 4. Your service manual suggests an oil change every six months or 5,000 miles yet your mechanics suggest every 3,000 miles. Considering you are using synthetic Mobil One, a 3,000 mile oil change seems a bit excessive. More
