My belief that I was being subjected to an aggressive upsell to buy an expensive service that had been included on a previous service visit (as had been the case for most of the 13 and-a-half years that I have owned the vehicle) turned out to be erroneous. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction and I will continue to be a customer of Empire Subaru More
