Through Rain Sleet or Snow Fabulous Service. My hybrid had a check hybrid system light that came on as I was leaving a work appointment. I pulled over and called the service dep Fabulous Service. They were fantastic helping me over the phone and the service only got better when I brought it in during a blizzard. Can't say enough positive things. They kept me informed of the problem as they worked to fix it and fixed it promptly. Fantastic Team. More

Good, fast service competitively priced The Prius is a complex hybrid vehicle so I always bring it back to this dealership service center because it is so easy to get in and out. I can call at 11am to get in at 1 pm the same day and they take you in even if you are early. I especially like the 30 point inspection you get every visit to let you know the status of your car and what needs to be done in the near future. The service agents ( last one was Michelle Micallizzi ) are attentive and willing to shape your service to fit your schedule and the vehicles own maintenance schedule. Throw in bagels, cookies, coffee and a manicure (that's right, a manicure) and taking care of your car doesn't get better than this😀 More

2014 Toyota Sienna Maintenance I scheduled an appointment and note on the appointment schedule that I would need a loaner. The representative was upfront and honest to have me know I scheduled an appointment and note on the appointment schedule that I would need a loaner. The representative was upfront and honest to have me know that there was no car available at the time, but she could get a shuttle to send me home. She assured me that the car would be ready in 1.5 hrs. They found things that would have additional charge and she called me to go over them with me and I received my mini van back in a timely manner. I love the fact that she followed up and made me aware of what was going on during the process. More
