Very Happy with the Service Department I have used the dealers service department for 7 years no - both my Toyota Siennas. I have been very happy with the quality and the personal service. When I say I will wait and they say it will take 60 or 90 minutes it never takes longer. They honor appointment times. They checked out my concern right away without charging me. I smelled a pungent odor when getting out of my car for two days so I called Huntington toyota service department and they set up an appointment the s I smelled a pungent odor when getting out of my car for two days so I called Huntington toyota service department and they set up an appointment the same day. My service rep. had my car (2010 Prius) checked out and assured me nothing was wrong, the breaks were fine, etc. They did not charge me anything for this. I can now drive up to NH for Thanksgiving without fears. More

Bad Business and sales manager's I gave a deposit it was subject to 750 fico score, it was for a used car for my daughter, she later spoke to the salesman to say she was not able to I gave a deposit it was subject to 750 fico score, it was for a used car for my daughter, she later spoke to the salesman to say she was not able to afford the car. a sales manager later called her demanding for a reason saying “tell me the truth you purchased another car I saw you go into the Honda dealer“ I found his actions very disturbing, then I called by credit card company regarding the deposit, they told me that I had not purchased the car so I would be fine. Huntington Toyota submitted the credit card on the very day my daughter called to cancel, very unethical. By the way the car is still on the lot. after 5 weeks More
