The following weekend we returned and what a day it was, my husband did all his research and we sat down with Mr. Nazario to work our numbers. I must say everything went exactly the way we expected. We were treated very well, we got more than we bargain for, not only the sales man was good to us the manager and Rosa Fernandez. They were very professional especially Mr. Nazario. UNBELIEVEABLE EXPERIENCE I received a letter from Kerri Milback about the buy back program from Toyota and this was my second one so I took it down to the dealership on a Thur I received a letter from Kerri Milback about the buy back program from Toyota and this was my second one so I took it down to the dealership on a Thursday night at 7 and Mike Fox helped me immediately. Not only did he make sure that I get the best buy (2014 Camry LE) that suited my everyday driving, the finance team was great and assisted me with an extended service agreement that was just like what I had before on my 2012 Corolla Sport. These guys worked until after 9pm and got everything set up with my insurance, dmv and had the car washed and filled the tank so all I had to do was drive home. I have never had a better experience dealing with any other car dealership. I have been a customer for over 2 years, as well as my family, and from their service team to sales associates, I was guided through every step to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you again Mike, Joe, Juan and Kerri for all your help!!! I am loving this car! More

Maintenance Service I had a really great experience with service writer Stephen Garguilo when he was a service writer. Now on this visit I found out that they have promot I had a really great experience with service writer Stephen Garguilo when he was a service writer. Now on this visit I found out that they have promoted him to Service Manager which he well deserved. Many times I came in without an appointment to have my oil changed and he made room for me and my car was serviced within the hour. If I had any problems they were promptly taken care of. Now that we have Stephen as the Service Manager I am sure I will never have any problems with my service. I recommend this dealer ship very much as all the members of the staff are wonderful to deal with. This is the most friendly dealership that I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. Completely Unsatisfied Purchased 2009 Prius in 2011 w/ 32,000 miles. Driven 23k till now, (well below average and with two trips to Florida and back). Maintenance needed constantly, warranty useless.12v battery had to be replaced. Management was not willing to completely satisfy me as a customer. Was offered a coupon for a free oil change, (like that was a big deal). Offered a 15% discount for the belt replacement, can get a coupon for that. Offered to replace the driver belt for free, the least expensive of all the costs incurred to this point. Will never purchase from this dealership again or even a Toyota again. All B.S and schmooze in my opinion. More

He is an instantly likeable person, and very accommodating. Additionally, his patience and positive attitude are truly an asset to this dealership. Admittedly, I am a very picky person, and am an automotive enthusiast... so even when shopping for a regular car, I am going to cringe when I find flaws. True, these were 3 year old used vehicles we were looking at, but I wasnt happy with the condition these vehicles were originally presented in. With that said, when I was advised that the price of the vehicle as advertised did not include the certified pre-owned warranty, I was pretty much turned off on this car. Apparently this fee is mentioned on the dealer website, but I didnt recall seeing it in the craigslist ad or ebay listing of the vehicle online [Additional $900 + -]. Attempts were made to lower the price of this additional cost, which initially did not satisfy my tastes with regard to the complete package of the condition of the vehicle versus the price. I was advised that the vehicle would be fully detailed, and eventually we met at a halfway mark regarding the price of the certification. This became a rather time consuming process, probably mostly due to me being a stubborn individual. Tony Calamia assisted David in making the deal happen. Who ever detailed this vehicle, did an excellent job in the short time that they had to do the job [quality of work]. Service records indicate that the previous owner maintained the car very well, but apparently were not as careful with the interior [not the dealers fault]. Although I intend to further clean the interior and exterior of this vehicle, I believe that the detailer put a tremendous amount of effort into the vehicle. With that said, I also dont feel like I should have to put any effort into a car after spending this kind of money, but whats done is done; We needed a family vehicle sooner than later... and after already visiting two other dealerships, it was time to make a move. Records did indicate that a significant amount of labor had already been put into the vehicle, including new tires, so aside from my feelings about the cosmetics, this vehicle will serve us well. David and Tony really made the best effort to make the deal happen, and in a way that would be fair to everyone involved. Miguel also made the finance process easy and simple. All in all Huntington Toyota will try their best to make you a happy customer, and I would definitely recommend working with David Schweitzer. For any prospective customers that read this, be sure to check the fine print on the website regarding certification costs and dealer fees, and as with any large purchase, check all of your numbers. We are returning Huntington Toyota customers and currently own two. Not only are we familiar with the dealership, but we have more than 10 years experience with the excellent service center. The purpose of our visit yesterday was to view and hopefully purchase the new Rav4. Charlie Meuser was great to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. We found exactly the model, including the color, that I wanted, were offered a test drive right away, and after agreements were reached, the process of getting paperwork done began - everything from taking my Camry in for trade to working with the insurance company and getting my new car ready to hit the road that same afternoon, Charlie went over the features of the car (much more technical than I had been used to), explaining about all the various controls and their operations, and he was very patient in answering my many questions. The Finance Manager, Miguel Marroquin, went over all the necessary documents clearly and efficiently. Because it was so busy yesterday, the process took longer than expected, but the chocolate chip cookies made up for that. We have no doubt that we will return to Huntington Toyota in the future. More
