Buying a car was made as comfortable and easy as I could possibly have wished for. Not being a person who likes making a large purchase such as a car, I was very pleasantly surprised how I was not hovered o possibly have wished for. After welcoming me and asking if I needed help, Jasmine immediately recognized my need to just look. She told me to take my time and let her know when I needed any help. That alone told me I was at the right place to buy a car. The whole process of deciding on the car, including the price, was painless to me. I did not have a knot in my stomach as I did in other dealerships I visited. When I bought the car I knew I made the right choice. Explanations on the parts of the car, how to work them, and the financing was clear and repeated as often as I needed. Rosa went over all finances carefully and slowly making sure I understood everything. I was shopping for a new car for my wife and it was between a Chevy Equinox and a Toyota Rav4 .We decided to shop locally for the Rav4 and chose our local Huntington Toyota .We settle for a brand new 2 between a Chevy Equinox and a Toyota Rav4 .We decided to shop locally for the Rav4 and chose our local Huntington Toyota .We settle for a brand new 2011 Rav4 . The next day we took it for a service visit and the car was in an accident while at the dealer . We called the general manager Lenny Cafarelli and asked him that the right thing would be to get a replacement car since our car was 100 miles and damaged , without thinking it twice , he replaced the damaged car with a brand new 2012 Rav4 . That's what I call Customer Satisfaction and going the extra mile for me and my family my wife is very happy as well as myself .
