Joe was very attentive and went out of his way to answer all my queations. He went over the entire vehicle with me when I picked up my new vehicle and explained how specific features operated. He went so far as getting Nick Garguilo (Service Manager)involved who expidited the minor repair and gave me $80 worth of gift cards for the inconvenience to me and my out of town guest, which I never expected. They put a mechanic to work on my vehicle right away and was on my way in less than an hour. I couldn't have been more pleased and it gave me confidence that I can rely on them and made the right choice. More
