I will leave that to you .However I was so distraught that I leased through Smithtown Toyota .Though the deal was not as good,They did what they said they would do , and I received a higher quality car, and didn't go down in quality, like what happened at your place!!!!Just ask Juan the type of car he first promised me .

I am sorry you feel that way. However, since you ultimately didn’t purchase a car here, we tried to come up with something that you may find satisfactory to compensate for your distress. We offered you a service credit since you purchased another Toyota and wished not to deal with our sales department. At that point you told me that you would not deal with the service department either even though you had no prior contact with them. I then offered you the credit amount for a part or accessories that would be shipped directly to you in order to accommodate your request to have no in person dealings with anyone at Huntington Toyota. Your last response to me was if we gave you $100 cash you would remove your posting. I am sorry but Huntington Toyota does not subscribe to such tactics as we do not believe that represents positive business ethics nor will it change your opinion of the dealership or allow us the opportunity to amicably resolve your issue in a manner that promotes better business practices.

I just want to add that it is true that Huntington Toyota did offer ne a small token credit for my mishap.I am so distrustful of this company ,that I could never deal with them again.As far as ethis go' my experience shows a total lack of any ethical business practices many times over, from sales to several layers of management. This review is the only thing that illicted any kind of moral obligation.I wrote this review for one purpose : consumer protection !!!!
