Brought car in because of Low Tire Pressure light. Bought several cars at dealership and have always had them serviced there over 20 years. A service advisor whom we never saw before said to us , oh you've several cars at dealership and have always had them serviced there over 20 years. A service advisor whom we never saw before said to us , oh you've been here before for the same thing. You don't have an appt and it will be a 2 hour wait. So much for customer loyalty. Went nearby to Mavis Tire and was in and out in 10 minutes and solved the issue. Not sure they we will come back anymore. Service dept. is not like it used to be. More

Great customer service. 20,000 mile service plus New York State inspection all done even though my appointment was for the following day - I happened to be in the area. I was taken right away and work was fi State inspection all done even though my appointment was for the following day - I happened to be in the area.
