I bought my car March 2020 without a manual. I have called several times to get it. The manager told me twice he would order it. It is now almost nov 2020 and I have yet to get a manual or an update. I did a little shopping around first to see what was out there, and for what price. Enterprise was my last stop and the price was great for the car. My salesperson, Joshua ,was professional and courteous. There were some small details that took a while to resolve, like rear floor mats and keys. However, I recognize that they weren't contractually obligated to fulfill these things. They did it because my satisfaction counted to them. Thanks. More

We fell in love with it, drove it, purchased it and were on our way. He promised us a CarFax report and that they would send us the permanent tags to our son in NC because we were in a hurry to take it to him. He kept his promise and did not treat us as an after sales nuisance! The car is fantastic. Our son is definitely satisfied! More
