Moments later I was talking to Mia Gingold at the Enterprise Sales in Jacksonville, she was quite understanding, professional and eager to help me find a car to meet my needs. She suggested I look over the inventory and see if there was anything that they have that would meet my needs. My basic need is that of transportation and I don't really drive much, at this point I had not heard as to just what was going to happen to the vehicle that was wrecked. My original plan was to not drive the rental to Jacksonville, but Mia suggested that I do and that I could leave my rental and drive the car I purchased home. This worked for me as I could leave the rental and drive the car of my choice home. All of this was made possible by Mia, the sales person that was assigned to help me. She took the rental and closed it out for me and she also took me to the bank to get a check for the purchase of the vehicle I bought. She assisted me with getting the insurance changed over and she made sure I had a full tank of gas and a Temp Tag. Mia was so understanding and so helpful; it was a pleasure doing business without hassle and without any pressure. I highly recommend Mia and the Enterprise Sales organization in Jacksonville, Florida. More

Not as up front as I thought they were going to be. They said my car was $1500 under Kelly Blue Book compared to used car dealers in the area. I didn't see that. This used car was comparable in price at the other dealers in town. The car I bought had several chips in the paint. The manager came out, looked at the car and said they would sand and paint these paint chips. I emphasized..."not just a touch up, but you will actually sand and paint, particularly the nicks on my hood which were chipped down to the metal". She said yes, those were bad and would be sanded and painted. It never happened, they just put touch up paint and not a great job either. Also they wanted to sell me the car with two different rear tires, with two different tread patterns. When I questioned that, they said the tread was in good condition and that's all that mattered. Wrong! Each axle should have the same brand of tire. Another thing, they service the car with an oil change not warranted by the manufacture. My 2016 Altima 2.5 S requires Synthetic oil. They changed it with a blend. When I questioned that and told them this may negate the engine warranty...all they could say is "We've been replacing all our cars with blends. It's what we do. You will just have to have your oil changed sooner". To sum up my review, they were friendly, but not completely honest. More

I did extensive research and decided on two SUV's, both GM products. My credit union recommended that I talk with Benjamin at Enterprise Car Sales. I was quite anxious for my first visit. I expected pressure to buy or be treated like a dumb female that didn't know anything about cars. When I went inside, I asked for Benjamin. He came right out of his office, introduced himself and asked how he could be of assistance. "Just looking", I said but I want a small SUV. He was beyond polite, helpful, and thoughtful. Test drove three cars that day. Wanted to make sure I was purchasing the right car for me. I "settled" with my last purchase and wouldn't do that again. I went to other dealerships and test drove three more cars. Benjamin and I spoke several times to see if there were new arrivals that I would be interested in. I have never felt so comfortable when shopping for a car. Everyone in the office was friendly and spoke to me by name. Enterprise is the place to shop for a vehicle. If they don't have the model you want on their lot, they will find one. I am now driving a 2016 Chevrolet Trax . I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service that I received at Enterprise Car Sales.. More

When we first got there, I was surprised that people did not run out trying to get our attention and push us toward vehicles. Ben Clark, came out and introduced himself a few minutes of us looking. He was polite and very friendly. He told us to let him know if we had questions or wanted to test drive any vehicle. He did not push any vehicle on us and left us alone to do our thing. When we were ready to test drive, he was there to assist us. We ended up purchasing a GMC Terrain from there bad recommend everyone go see them. Ben Clark was so helpful and friendly and made the process so much easier. Everyone there was so nice to work with. They did not hound you or pressure you into any vehicle! Not to mention, the prices we very reasonable compared to regular dealerships. We definitely will be back for our next vehicle. More
