I knew the make and model of vehicle I wanted, its color, interior features and mileage. Marc listened, showed me what on the lot, indicated he would search for the vehicle I wanted. He answered my all questions. He went far above my expectations...no pushy attitude, listened to my input and began looking for the vehicle and features I wanted, and he found it!
