Morgan was absolutely top tier!! No it wasn't a trick, I saw the full page ad as well as the cardboard stand up display at the car rental office where I was. When I got home, I received a phone call from Morgan who was very, very polite and seemed genuinely interested. I told her it would be a few weeks because I had just had hand surgery, and Morgan buckled down to see what she could do. She ended up having her assistant bring the van to me that I was interested in as well as all of the paperwork necessary. She had obtained financing, filled out everything and I listened to the salesman and signed. It was that easy. Morgan knew what I wanted to spend and knew what I was willing to pay per month for a short term pay off. The young lady was so efficient and quick it boggles the mind. After speaking with a friend who had a good experience at enterprise, we decided to call enterprise and visit the dealership. Went in on a Saturday afternoon, took a test drive, and closed the deal. Nick, our salesman, was a pleasure to work with. He has continued to stay in touch with us following the sale as we’ve had some minor problems fixed following the sale. Initially, we financed through them as our credit union was not linked with their loan system. While enterprise financing was competitive, we were able to get a slightly cheaper rate at our credit union. They were upfront in the transition from their loan to our credit union loan and indicated that they were not able to match this particular loan, which admittedly, was unique to our circumstances. We would not hesitate to use them for future purchases. More
