I cannot say enough good about my car-buying experience at Enterprise Car Sales in Omaha! In the past when I've bought vehicles from other companies, I have occasionally encountered salespeople who were very pushy and generally unpleasant to deal with...that wasn't the case at all with Enterprise or Roy - we genuinely enjoyed working with him. We decided to take a big chance on purchasing without a test-drive first and are glad to say that the vehicle was in exactly the condition we were told. We live a good distance from the Enterprise location in Omaha, but Chad and Roy made it possible for us to get our vehicle closer to home for us...these are truly people who care about their customers! I want to thank Dan Jones for his outstanding kindness, professionalism, and help he gave me when I was suddenly faced with having to replace my vehicle that had just been totaled in a car accident! Since I was renting a vehicle from Enterprise, Dan reached out to me with a text asking if he could be of any help with my search for a vehicle. After several emails and phone calls, he sent an email with 2 links asking that I just look them over and decide if I would want to test drive them. I set up an appointment for the next day. Well, after driving them both, I drove the 2021 Chevy Trax a second time and confirmed in my mind this was the vehicle I wanted! Dan explained everything to me about the paperwork and proved to me that their asking price was their selling price, no pressure, no hidden fees, it was wonderful!! He even had the Trax washed and filled the gas tank! I have already given his name to several of my friends! Hopefully they will take up my suggestion and call him! THANK YOU DAN!! More
