I had a good feeling about Enterprise right from my first contact on the phone with sales consultant Sarah Ryherd, and on through the test drive and buying process with sales consultant Nolan Shult and manag contact on the phone with sales consultant Sarah Ryherd, and on through the test drive and buying process with sales consultant Nolan Shult and manager Tyler! I needed a new car ASAP because my previous car was totaled in an awful accident in September. I had done some research and knew what I wanted when I contacted Enterprise, and exactly what I could afford. The Enterprise offices were clean and inviting. Nolan and Tyler were genuinely friendly, fun, relatable, knowledgeable, accommodating (including putting on face masks when they saw my senior citizen mom and I were wearing masks,) and helpful. There was no pressure to talk me into something I didn't want or need. The test drive was just me and my mom, so again, no pressure, and time to ourselves to really check out the vehicle. All of the questions I did have were answered in full. Nolan even paired up my phone for me with the car's Bluetooth system (all new to this old-school gal!) Finally, I was still waiting on an insurance settlement, but the Enterprise team went above and beyond to get me into the car I wanted ASAP, and they even delivered it to me at my workplace! (The gentleman who delivered the car was friendly and helpful too!) I hope to be driving my 2019 Nissan Sentra for a long time, but when I need a new car I will absolutely return to Enterprise Car Sales! May the Force be with you all! More

Dan at Enterprise made buying my car an actual enjoyable experience. I have putting off new car hunting for nearly 5 months because thats how much I hate it. I replied yes with what i was looking for including the type of car, the price i wanted to stay under and the mileage I wanted to stay under. He texted me back with some options, one which was perfect and exactly what I'd been wanting. Stopped by after work, test drove and that was it. About an hour worth of paperwork and I had my new car. I wish all dealerships made it this easy! No haggle, no bombarding phonecalls and quick to please. I would definitely recommend, especially for those like myself who hate looking for cars. Went here not expecting to get a car at all. I worked with Nolan and he was awesome to work with. I had my 2 year old son with me and as we know trying to entertain a 2 year during this was not I worked with Nolan and he was awesome to work with.
