Enterprise Car Sales S Lindbergh

Purchased car on May 18, 2020, as of July 8, 2020. Nick (Sales Manager) or the (Finance Manager) REFUSE to take calls on this problem and at one point ten days ago was told by Brian(Sales Person) that Nick (Sales Manager) or the (Finance Manager) REFUSE to take calls on this problem and at one point ten days ago was told by Brian(Sales Person) that Nick had the title in his hand and will over night it ASAP. No title ever arrived because they do not have title to a vehicle they sold. They refuse to release the sales tax they insisted that must be financed and have REFUSED to pay the late fees with the license office. They hide behind "on a conference call" and will not meet face to face. They are in violation of the law an they are in violation of their dealer agreement with the lender. I have done business with Enterprise for over thirty years, but I will not do business with them ever again and will do my part to steer people away from them. More

Outlander purchase experience This is our second car purchase from this location. We had a very good experience and we are enjoying our car. Matt was extremely nice to work with This is our second car purchase from this location. We had a very good experience and we are enjoying our car. Matt was extremely nice to work with and contacted us after our first visit with news of a car they had just gotten in that we might like--the car we purchased. He was attentive to our needs and arranged service for keys that would not open the doors and a gouged spot on one of the wheels. We do feel that someone should have checked out the key function before putting the car on the lot. And we were disappointed with how long it took to make the repairs. We were without our new car for slightly more than a week and we had to keep calling to find out why it was taking so long. We appreciated the rental they gave us but it was a smaller car and we were without the use of our grandson's car seat which inconvenienced us because we were responsible for caring for him for 3 days during the time the Outlander was being repaired. We now have the car back. The keys work and there is no evidence of the gouge on the wheel. We would return to Enterprise for a future car purchase. Joe & Melinda Gildehaus P.S.
