The vehicles we found at most big dealerships were rentals they had purchased at auctions so we figured why not purchase from the source. Customer service and attitudes at Enterprise sales in Shreveport is top notch and above reproach. The vehicle I purchased did have a sensor warning on. The salesperson Damien offered to take it to the local dealership on the spot, however I was pressed for time. I took it to my local dealership and Damien made certain it was properly repaired and the cost was paid. We will definitely consider purchasing from here in the future. I am so pleased that we decided to go in this direction. The young people who helped us with our purchase have been so helpful - even a week after we drove the car off the lot. My old car was 16 years old so we're not totally up to date on all the new technology. Will, Damien and Tyn have been extremely kind to us as we fumble our way through the learning process of all the new electronics and difficulty of transitioning from a 2002 to a 2017. One weekend I rented a car from Enterprise and was at work and realized they sold cars. I entered my info online not taking it too serious. Not even an hour later I received a call from Natasha Price. When I say she worked with me. She went above and beyond. My car quit on me on my way to ther dealership and she made provision for me to still get to her. She listened to my desires for a vehicle and she matched them. She even had her finance man working with me and they were amazing. I was blessed to drive away with a fully loaded 2016 Jeep Compass Latitude and it didn’t cost me a lot of money like the dealerships were trying to charge. And when I voiced concerns about to some issues I was having the helped me correct the issue with no problem. Immediately she began the task of finding the vehicle of my dreams. When a vehicle met 80% of my desire it was presented to me for an approval or rejection. I narrowest her search to about 4. Finally there was three items really needed to get me to purchase a vehicle. With that information in hand, Ms Whitney Gaston - Lloyd went to work. I didn’t think she would find a vehicle matching all my desires. Within a short period she called and emailed what ended the search as I gladly paid the transfer fee to get the car of my dreams. I joke it has all the bells and whistles. The only thing missing is a roll of paper to wipe my nose. Who knows, by the time I learn everything about the vehicle I purchased it might be included.
