Once the sales manager knew what I was looking for, he found the car in N. Mex. He advised me of the transfer charge and we went from there. Upon the car's arrival, Amanda called and set up an appointment. The car had been inspected and cleaned. I was able to drive it and get comfortable. Found a 2009 Nissan Xterra (2 WD) in AZ that was like new! Someone traded it in for a newer vehicle used as a rental. Enterprise is picky and only accepts the best as trade ins. From the time I called Enterprise in Thornton, Erin and Scott were extremely helpful. The only bad part was having to pay $983 to have it transported here. So far, I love my new (used) suv! They literally picked up at her house, took her to the bank not once but twice, and financed her through a bank that says they did not have a loan for this lady,. The manger EJ refused to take the car back it was past the 7 days but they should never have sold it to her. He also refuses to return phone calls, he also said he witnessed my mother call a male family member to tell them she was buying a car this is a lie, she said it didn't happen, no male member of our family got the call; the sales person suddenly no longer works for them, and the head boss Cary Harper does not return call either. Never ever deal with these people. My mother can not afford this car nor the insurance that it will cost her as an 87 year old. More
