Joaquin could not be with us for final transaction but all info had been passed to Cruz Silva which made for easy continuity. Cruz was multitasking when final papers were being drawn up and he was very efficient. Amazing actually! The three gentlemen were quite a team and when we left we felt as though we had left friends that we will free to call upon should we have any questions regarding the vehicle we purchased. Didn't use them in the end as they refused to accept a trade-in on my car as it has an open recall (along with a good proportion of the cars in the world at the moment!) More
