Once you sit down to talk numbers, the out-the-door price skyrockets by thousands due to packed, non-optional dealer add-ons. They sneak expensive, "optional" products into the contract—specifically the KARR Security system and windshield protection —averaging an extra $2,000 or more over the true cost of the vehicle. When you confront them and ask to have these products removed, the sales team and finance department claim they are "already installed" or "required" and cannot be removed. Worse yet, when I tried to follow up to cancel these optional items and demanded a refund, the dealership completely cut off communication and blocked my number. This place completely lacks upfront transparency and relies on predatory contract packing. Don't waste your time getting blindsided or ghosted here; shop somewhere honest. DON’T let it happen to YOU!
