Worse service ever, had my car 10 days and still not fixed. Pending taking it back to have it properly serviced. Communication is the worse, each time updates were given I had to reach out to them. Only person there who was willing to help was Pat, a Service Manager from the Toyota of West Covina Location. That is the only reason I am giving this a 1 star rating; otherwise it would be a zero. James did a great job getting me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The dealer did a great job getting little things done to the vehicle before I left the lot.
