My experience with the dealer’s service for my vehicle was extremely disappointing. They had my car for approximately 8 months, during which I encountered a series of issues. The primary concern I brought was extremely disappointing. They had my car for approximately 8 months, during which I encountered a series of issues. The primary concern I brought the car in for was never fully resolved, despite numerous attempts. Communication was also a major problem, as I often had to initiate contact to get updates on the status of my vehicle. This extended timeframe without a satisfactory resolution has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. More
