Your service department was one of the worst service dept. I have ever had to deal with no one knew anything about the state of me car when i came in to check on it. y partner and I have been trying to get a new vehicle for our business for the past 2 weeks and we ended up agreeing that the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Touring L was going to be the vehicle of our choice. Af our business for the past 2 weeks and we ended up agreeing that the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Touring L was going to be the vehicle of our choice. After consulting with numerous dealerships and dealerships in other cities we were convinced to go with Eric and Laso at CDJR West Covina. They offered the best deal on the Pacifica and it all started off well, but that's when the lies started. We were told by Eric or Laso that we would be able to get the vehicle and sign documents via DocuSign only to find out my partner had to come to the dealership after a 12-hour day and sign the documents. We agreed that after that they would deliver the vehicle last night. That didn't happen so last night I spoke to either Eric or Laso and they told me it would be delivered to my home this morning and that didn't happen. These people did not know what they were doing there because they ended up first saying it would be delivered by 11 a.m. and then once 11:30 a.m. hit I called the driver and he was sent to the wrong house by the salespeople. I called them to cancel the deal and boy was the response disgusting and unprofessional by Eric. I also spoke to their finance guy Robert and he tried to make it right but he was caught in between all of it so I can't be mad at him. The GM Laso was also unprofessional and tried to talk to me about all the people in the Middle East who were suffering and told me that I shouldn't be upset. He said they would deliver it today and then I tried calling and texting them for updates and no response other than voicemails. Finally called with a blocked number and got the finance guy Robert on the phone and he canceled it. Minutes later I got a text from Eric or Laso that said they were coming at 2:30 pm. I told him not to bother because I canceled the deal and I would be going with a more professional dealership. These guys are so dishonest that I would NEVER recommend anyone use them and they remind me of a slimy used car salesman. We ended up going through Aaron Dodge Chrysler and Jeep in Corona and you should do. Zein was great to work with and he was honest and upfront the whole time and he fought hard to get a deal done. If I able to give a zero rating for this Service branch, I would have. Their level of carefree attitude is over the top with no sense of urgency when they have custody of your vehicle.
