There are a number of structural problems with this dealership. Entry to the service department was difficult to locate and there was excessive congestion in the narrow service corridor when trying to dealership. Entry to the service department was difficult to locate and there was excessive congestion in the narrow service corridor when trying to drop off my vehicle. When my ride dropped me off for vehicle pick up, parking was almost impossible and backing up was required to accommodate other vehicles leaving the service area. Regarding service policy, when I requested an examination of my vehicle's rear shock absorbers I was told it would cost $250 for the inspection and presumed estimate. My experience with the staff was very positive, both on the phone and in the service department. I suggest the management take a long look at their customer's experience. The dealership was loaded with vehicles to sell, but I have had much better dealer experiences with Toyota and Volkwagon. More

Really bad miscommunication. I took my car in to get the CV boot and axel repaired and to have the ignition switch checked out. Upon inspection, I was informed I also needed shocks, anlignment, ignition switch housing, and tires. I declined the tires and requested everything else. My car was supposed to be done in 3 days; it took 2 weeks!! When I picked it up, I paid $1000 less than was quoted and was told it was because I told Edgar to hold off on the ignition switch housing. Then it took an hour to get my car because it was being “washed.” Once I got home, I noticed I had new tires. I tried starting up my car yesterday and it wouldn’t start and was making a weird noise. On top of all this, it was really hard to get a hold of someone to get updates on my car. This is not what I expect from a dealership repair shop. I would like to have someone contact me to resolve this issue. I got stuff I didn’t want, and didn’t get what I needed. I also was hung up on by a woman answering a phone when I told her I really needed to speak with someone about this issue. Seriously! More
To be helpful is not the best feature of this service department. I went in for a recall for my car and had to go back a week later because they haven't had the right tool. They main concern was who is g department. I went in for a recall for my car and had to go back a week later because they haven't had the right tool. They main concern was who is going to pay for it.
