You are way over priced I now see, and your technicians could not even be bothered to rotate the tires, due to swollen lug nuts? WTH is that anyway! It ws $800 plus to top off a few fluids and wash my car. GREAT. No thanks More

The visitor parking has gone from good to just about non-existent. When waiting for my wife to get her service scheduled, I finally found a place to park. When I got to the Restroom, there was an OUT OF ORDER sign on the door and a cleaning woman told me I could not go in. I told my wife that I would try to get to the restroom in the Target Store next door before I wet my pants. When I came out of the Mens Room at Target, my wife was going into the Women's Room at Target because she could not get into the Rest Room at Envision Ford. More
