The visitor parking has gone from good to just about non-existent. When waiting for my wife to get her service scheduled, I finally found a place to park. When I got to the Restroom, there was an OUT OF ORDER sign on the door and a cleaning woman told me I could not go in. I told my wife that I would try to get to the restroom in the Target Store next door before I wet my pants. When I came out of the Mens Room at Target, my wife was going into the Women's Room at Target because she could not get into the Rest Room at Envision Ford. More

Absolutely excellent service rep. Marco knows my car and never fails to give me great service for it. He keeps me updated and it’s always ready when he says it will be. New Management and staff are doing a great job, much better than previous service. They took me to work while my car was being serviced and dropped off my car to me washed and clean. Bought my 2017 Ford Explorer in on 7/11/2024 for a transmission issue, problem with driver seat cooler, and Sync issue. They found no issue with the transmission, repaired the other two issues. Now, there is a problem with the front air bag warning light. I am very disappointed with Envision Ford of Duarte's service. The Service Writers are good people. Their philosophy seems to be "just get the car in for service". "Once we have it, the customer will just have to wait". More
Terrible service! This is first time I run intothis problem. At first, I have appointment with Macro at 8:20am and when I arrive on time, no one accepts me while a man This is first time I run intothis problem. At first, I have appointment with Macro at 8:20am and when I arrive on time, no one accepts me while a man after me without appointment come to Macro's cubic to have his service before me. Ten more minutes Tony start to service me. He gave the 7 maintenances in about $1,500, which is not what I know. They should inform us this detail at appointment. So I have to cancel three and remained four, oil change, engine air filter, cabin air filter and alignment. Tony told that it can be finished in noon. At noon, I did not receive Tony's call and I come to dealer again. He tall that it needed another hours to finish the alignment. So I had to wait another one more hoursal around. After I drives to home, I saw Tony call me that I took his copy with my signature and let me come back before 4pm. I check my custom copy and found my receipt without my signature. I messaged hime my copy photoes, and called home several times and no response. It is so funny and terrible experience on this dealer with new owner. More
