The dealership looks in disarray. The are vehicles haphazardly parked everywhere. Then they tried to get us to pay for an oil leak repair, which was never fixed in the first place when it was under warranty. To whom it may concern, I am very disappointed with the quality of work that was done to my vehicle on 07-27-24. I have staggered size tires on my vehicle, and I did specify that prior, so no tire rotation quality of work that was done to my vehicle on 07-27-24. The tires were still rotated and since I was in a rush to leave I did not notice until the next day. I ended up going to my local tire shop and had tires re-installed to correct positions. My oil percentage indicator was not reset, I was able to correct that . I do not blame my service advisor, it was the actual tech. that was responsible for the work to be done. I will have second thoughts of returning to your dealership for service, I have been a religious customer both buyer and use of the service department for 25 years . More
