Advantage Ford Lincoln - Service Center

I pre arranged service knowing the recall would need parts ordered so they could order the parts ahead of time. Drop off was easy. Unfortunately I have to take off a star for poor communication. I was told the repairs would take 1 day at drop off and they had no loaner available. I called two days later for an update and got no call back. 6 days later I got a call that repairs were complete. Clearly the parts were not ordered ahead of time. All total I was without my car for 7 days for a 1 day repair and no explanation was given and no one ever called to give me progress. I also have to take off a second star for discovering a inch and a half scratch on the driver door that was not there prior to service. More
