Had an appointment to do an oil change, went in gave them my name they told me to go in two hours and it would be ready. Quick and easy, no hassle and they even washed my truck for free. Service entrance is not always manned and or vehicles left unattended however this service went well even though they do not have a courtesy shuttle. Horrible quality of service. Had major work done several times. Always a problem every time. After repair work was performed, had bad rattling noise. took it in 4 times to fix th Had major work done several times. Always a problem every time. After repair work was performed, had bad rattling noise. took it in 4 times to fix the problem. Each time they apparently found something loose from the repair work, but nothing fixed the rattling problem while accelerating. Decided to take it to my local mechanic, and immediately he found that the carrier bearing on the drive shaft was never tightened back up after the repair work was done. The whole service department are a bunch of clowns in my opinion. I will never go there for any sales, service, or repair. DCH Ford in Thousand Oaks will be doing all of my dealer required service and repairs. More
