I took my car into the dealership instead of the one that I purchased my car at due to convenience. When I got to the dealership I did not get greeted. I had to approach someone in service to assist me. When I purchased my car at due to convenience. When I got to the dealership I did not get greeted. I had to approach someone in service to assist me. When I was assisted the gentleman did not go over what was going to be done to my car. I left my car there. I was not offered a courtesy vehicle or a ride somewhere as I was now careless. I called when my car was being serviced to ask if they could wash and charge it. When I came back for it a couple hours later it was nicely washed but not charged. The gentleman that assisted me didn’t go over anything about what had been don’t to my car. I had to ask all of the questions. He called my car up and left to assist another person. I was left there waiting for 10 minutes minimum. When an another gentleman that works there was walking by I asked if he could check to see if my car was being brought up to me he simply replied that it was on its way. Being a first time EV owner I wanted to be well informed. I didn’t get much info out of him so after I paid and got home I had to do research to ensure my vehicle service was what was needed. I am definitely not going back to Envision Ford Lincoln of Oxnard. More

Service department unsatisfactory! I made my appointment and waited for three hours. I was told the part was used up for other vehicles. Why set appointment when part's was not enough. I was very pleased with my experience today at Envision Ford. Grant was great and made me feel like a VIP! When I called to schedule my wife’s 60k service I asked if there were any extensive items on that service to which the gentleman said no. When I arrived the service advisor was Johnny Lemuz. He was very unfriendly and then provided me with a $1800 dollar invoice for what the service would cost. Once I requested just an oil change his response was “That’s fine it’s your car”. I will never bring either of my fords to this dealer for service. I will drive further to not take it here. Only reason they got 2/5 stars is because the oil change and visual inspection seemed correct. More
