Service advisor very professional and knowing what tipe of service to be done. This is the second time that I brought my vehicle for service here after taking over from Vista Ford that I have a complaint of service to be done. This is the second time that I brought my vehicle for service here after taking over from Vista Ford that I have a complaint about the service staff. Last time they did not rotate all of my tires, this time they did not put a reminder sticker on the window for the next service. If I am being charged $89 dollars for labor I expect quality service. Will have to look for another place to have my Fords serviced if this trend continues. More

I made an appointment with the Service scheduler, she told me to show up at 0900 to drop my truck for recall work, (windshield wiper replacement and S/W update) She said it would take about 2-3 hrs. told me to show up at 0900 to drop my truck for recall work, (windshield wiper replacement and S/W update) She said it would take about 2-3 hrs. I arrived at 0900 dropped my vehicle and took off for a couple of hours. Arrived back at 1230 and vehicle was still in the back. Was told it was being worked on. I sat for another 3 hrs waiting for my truck. That is a total or 6 1/2 hours for windshield wiper replacement and a S/W update. I was also promised a car wash, but that never happened either. Tweak is a nice person and is working very hard to help customers, but they need yo do a better job of scheduling and prioritizing work. More
