Lost trust with Ford service of Oxnard,never had to wait 8 hours for an oil change with an appointment!Advisor lied that he tried to contact me! I had an appointment at 0730 and was finished at 330p!The wor 8 hours for an oil change with an appointment!Advisor lied that he tried to contact me! I had an appointment at 0730 and was finished at 330p!The work order shows that they started at 1140? It sat there four hours before they got started on it! I have been taking my vehicle there for 10 years and have never had any issues.New management means terrible customer service!Will be serving my vehicle from now on with Thousands Oaks Ford!! More

Never take your card ever to this service. Appointment was made due to manufacturers recall on the car. The car was there for a full day, noone called, noone returned calls, so we had to drive Appointment was made due to manufacturers recall on the car. The car was there for a full day, noone called, noone returned calls, so we had to drive there when it turned out they are closed and not open until Monday, the car was not checked, not serviced due to them being busy. When we made complaint, they made a flat tire on the vehicle. When making complaint about the not received service, no calls about picking up the car, etc. he "most senior person" used three different names (Tarrek, Bobby and James), did not provided his last name, neither his supervisor's name and each and every time hang up on us on the phone. The technician was new, just started to work there two days ago and showed the papers that Tarrek signed at the customer that we received the service which is a fraud and criminal activity. Witnesses and cameras can provide the accurate information about this criminal activity. This service should be shut down, Tarrek should be fired immediately and the whole team who was scheduled to work on 10/14/2023. Never take your car there! More

This is one of the better dealerships in California. Envision Ford staff seem to care about their customers. Mitch, our service rep, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, very nice, he has great empa Envision Ford staff seem to care about their customers. Mitch, our service rep, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, very nice, he has great empathy for issues, and he made our service experience GREAT. We had an extremely bad purchasing experience at Huntington Beach Ford because Envision Ford did not have the F-150 Limited we wanted. We had our F-150 one day before it died due to the bad prep at purchase. Mitch changed our experience with FORD from being the hateful and worst experience EVER purchasing a vehicle, to a very good experience for us. We will only schedule our appointments with Mitch. Also, he is great at returning calls. Thanks Envision Ford for being there for your customers. More
