I even went to get my said I’m taking my car back because I can’t afford to leave it there because that’s my only transportation. They said they would get back to me and then when I went to pick up the car, they could not find my car it in InVision the whole property they were looking for my car. They finally found my car and the guy came out to the waiting room where I was patiently waiting for an hour and a half and said well we found the car but we can’t find the keys , I have to say Brian was very kind and did his best but I are you I would never send somebody to envision Ford. Oh I’m just been speaking the truth it was a terrible experience. More
I had a 7:30am appointment, i told them ahead of time that i had to wait there. They finished maintenance setvice on my truck at 2:30pm! Mach E with service now message, took 29 days with potentially additional damage done. Next to zero communication during the 29 day repair stay, despite being persistent to attempt to obtain an updat potentially additional damage done. Amidst and after the 29 day length stay there was no explanation of what needed repair or what part ended up being repaired. Once I received the car back, it was clear it continued to have major power issues still. I took it to a different dealer that found that Envison had left the coolant loop clamped! They also repaired an additional part all within 7 days. Not sure how this was handled so improperly despite my attempts at being involved and accommodating. My spouse’s EV had a similar experience where her coolant loop was damaged. Take your EV elsewhere. More
