Stress Free Process I worked with Larry Bridges and from the first hello he was very friendly, forward and honest. He explained the process for customers of my situation I worked with Larry Bridges and from the first hello he was very friendly, forward and honest. I was a bit sceptic, because I've been told many times that I will be approved and was not, but Larry (and the behind the scenes team) did all they could to finally get me approved. I wasn't forced into something "I really wanted" and placed in a financial bind just because they could, but was given the freedom to think about my options and what would be the "reasonable" choice for me. Larry truly made my whole experience feel welcoming and stress free. Honestly not the sales experience I've ever had before! I will recommend Larry Bridges and Epic Auto to anyone that may be in my similar situation or would just appreciate a real enjoyable car purchasing experience. More

Illegally Mislead!!! Ripped us off and took advantage of us so bad even with excellent credit. Sold us an $11,000 truck (KBB value) for $29,000 Then they put cheap oil in Ripped us off and took advantage of us so bad even with excellent credit. Sold us an $11,000 truck (KBB value) for $29,000 Then they put cheap oil in the vehicle and blew the turbo causing it to dump oil and coolant then refused to fix it. Said they replaced the brakes when I went to pick it up I drove it and the brakes didn't work causing me to almost crash. I guess they didn't realize we would take it to our personal mechanic. Then they said they fixed multiple things on the vehicle when honestly they never fixed nor replaced anything, put dirt cheap Chinese tires that couldn't be balanced after they said they did balance and rotated them and kept it on and off for longer then we ever drove it. They offered to get me into another vehicle but told me there was no way I could get a truck and they were only going to buy the current vehicle back at KBB value causing me to have so much negative equity ($18,000). The kicker is I only owned the vehicle for 2 1/2 months. STAY AWAY!!!!! More
