I am writing this review to share the buying experience
with Epic Chevrolet. My wife and I were interested In purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV. I saw the vehicle on the interne
with Epic Chevrolet. My wife and I were interested In purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Cadillac Escalade ESV. I saw the vehicle on the internet so I sent an email via the website. The next morning I immediately received a response from my email and I spoke to Jerry. I told him I was not interested in sitting at the dealership and negotiating back and forth so we had a quick conversation and agreed on a price. He sent me the car check paperwork, answered my questions, and sent me a video showing the exterior as well as the interior.
The following day, my wife and I went to the dealership. Jerry was prepared for our arrival and the vehicle was ready for us to test drive. Following the test drive, I was concerned because the 2018 Escalade transmission shifted much different then the 2008 that we currently owned. Jerry arranged for us to test drive another 2018 vehicle so we can do a comparison and explained what differences we may be experiencing. Following the test drive of both vehicles once again, we were convinced there was not an issue.
My wife and I decided to purchase the vehicle. To ease our minds, Jerry sent the vehicle to the service shop and had a technician go through the transmission and he/she confirmed there was not an issue. The financing was handled very efficiently, we were able to get through all of the paperwork in less then one hour.
Overall, the entire buying experience with Epic Chevrolet was excellent! My wife and I felt like valued customer’s and Jerry went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and answer our questions. I did mention to Jerry that I was hesitant to deal with Epic Chevrolet because I read a few negative reviews. He explained that the ownership has changed and it is more family oriented. Their plan is to focus on the customer experience and change the perception from the previous owner. If the customer service my wife and I just received is an indication of what is planned then, the outlook of future customer experience will be positive!
