I had a smooth, quick transaction purchasing a used Nissan NV cargo. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Oscar was a pleasure to deal with for financing. My only complaint is that my van was not "detailed" or even washed for the matter. There was still grease from the service techs hands on the inside door handle upon pick-up. My experience in trading my car for an suv was very pleasant. The whole team was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is for the detail on my new purchase. The vehicle had already been through an initial cleaning. When i test drove, I noticed a couple of things that needed a good clean. One thing in particular was taken care of. However, the rest of the car was still very dirty. Dirt packed in the gear shift,between seats,door pockets and handles. We found hairbows toys etc once we were home. It's very unfortunate, to have to clean a car you just bought from a dealership. Especially after asking for a second cleaning. More
