My wife and I visited the dealership on Sat 6/14 not knowing which vehicle we would consider purchasing. Fred was our sales rep. He was more than accomodating. We test drove the Rogue, Murano, 2012 Al knowing which vehicle we would consider purchasing. Fred was our sales rep. He was more than accomodating. We test drove the Rogue, Murano, 2012 Altima & Maxima. He was very familiar with each vehicle and explained all of the various features on each model. We left to go home and discuss which we favored the best. We went back to the dealer on Sun 7/15 and was greeted by Jeremey. My wife was favoring the Maxima but it was a little more car than we could afford. Jeremy asked us if we had the opportunity to drive the 2013 Altima. Which we had not. Jeremy took us a test drive and my wife was convinced that the 2013 Altima was going to be her new car. He was extremely knowledgeable of the car and took all the time we needed to cover it from bumper to bumper. We did the deal that afternoon and Jeremey and his general manager was very accomodating getting us the price that fit our budget. We went into the finance office and Gene was very friendly and got us in and out with zero hassles. I am giving Jim a GREAT rating because he was able to get me in for service on short notice, do the requested service and diagnois another problem I had asked him to look at.
