Mr. Kistler was very helpful in assisting us become familiar with the features of the 2018 F-150 and accompanied us on a test drive. We could not find a F-150 that satisfied us so with Mr. Kistler’s assistance we began looking at the new 2019 Expeditions. We did an online build and presented it to Mr. Kistler. After a very efficient, friendly and professional negotiation, we came to agreement on price. The promised time frame for delivery of 8-10 weeks was fulfilled, arriving 10 weeks after the purchase date. The car was presented to us in fine condition in an enclosed, interior air conditioned space which was appreciated. Mr. Kistler patiently and methodically reviewed all the features of the vehicle with us. It’s a beautiful vehicle. Overall, an excellent car buying experience. More
